What is the best cell phone carrier in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri?

What is the best cell phone carrier in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri?

I have seen coverage maps, I am looking for someone with first hand knowledge delight! I now have Sprint, I would settle for just knowing if service is acceptable in that area.

I’d say Verizon even though I’m on T-mobile.

Hello Annie C.

Most cell phone companies, if not all the huge major ones, can provide coverage wherever US military bases are located.

What you NEED to do is have all your family and special friends on the SAME plot.

I have 5 family on our AT&T plot and we can call each other anytime without regard to “minutes.” You need to be on your family’s plot so that it would only cost an extra $ 10 a month for your cell phone (That is AT&T’s rate).

If your family is on different plans then get together and have your family get a family plot and you can be on one of the additional shape.

I have AT&T and got coverage all over the base, including the south-gate area everywhere there is allegedly no cell phone service.

My coverage on base was fine, in St. Robert was fine, in Rolla was fine, St. Louis, all over Missouri pretty much excellent to go.

Then again, everyone else had mobile reception too, so I reckon you’re going to be ok with Sprint.

Edit: and what is all this BS with family minutes and whatnot? Just get unlimited minutes and you don’t have to worry who’s on who’s plot.

I looked at the Verizon Wireless coverage map and it says that everything is digital in the Cape Cod area; though, I have distress getting through to people everywhere I live and the Verizon map says everything is digital for me too. Anyone who has lived or visited Cape Cod know whether they were able to use their cell phones very well?

I go to Cape Cod very often during the summer and I’ve found the service is not very excellent at all. The house we have there, if we go to the bedroom upstairs or we go on the deck we can get service but other than that we haven’t gotten very excellent service there. That was in East Yarmouth…

At Cape Cod I do lose service on certain points. Though, there isn’t any large areas I know about that I don’t have service. Generally, it’s like I won’t have service in one spot, and if I walk 10 feet then I will have service again.

I live and work on the Cape year round. I have Verizon Wireless service. They recently upgraded the network to what they call EVDO which is very quick broadband. Since this upgrade my phone has had brilliant service. You can tell if your in an EVDO are by looking at the top of your main screen. It will say EV if you are in an EVDO area or RT if you are not.
