Go phone by at&t , buy one online for $ 20. In the store it costs about $ 200. It works great for me.

Well idk about unlocked but ebay have really nice phones. all kinds and all price ranges. really great to buy from i use it all the time and always safe transactions. As far as unlocked try walmart.com and maybe best buy. I never really understood unlocked phones but anyway. Good Luck. I say try ebay first though.
