Are cell phone skins and covers the same, or are skins like stickers?

And if i wanted to buy a cell phone skin, which is better, skinit.com, or gelaskin.com. THX
And which one did you like better, skins or covers

They are different. Skins have an adhesive back, meaning they’re like stickers. Covers on the other hand can be slipped (or snapped) on and off.
