Which duty free would i find the best cell phone rates?

I am interested in purchasing sony ercisson c905. I would like to know which duty free would provide me the best price? My options are Changi airport (singapore), Hong Kong , or Bangkok?

Both Hong Kong and Singapore are equally good to purchase cell phone.

In Singapore, as a Tourist, you may claim for refund of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid on goods purchased from retailers participating in the Tourist Refund Scheme.
