What do you mean? What is “THE” gov’t cell phone? There is no such thing. Governments all over buy or rent cell phones (with individual facts) for their employees that are authorized to have them for the conduct of their duties.

I have no F****** thought what your talking about. Not everybody in the government has the same cell phone. Barrack Obama has a Blackberry, and i estimate a lot of people have razors.

If you are referring to the LifeLine cell, then you have to go to their site and see if you qualify. If you do, they send you one. It is that simple. Hope this helps.
