How do I delete all the names in my Samsung Cell phone? ?

I have a Samsung 950 and can’t seem to rub out the names in mass. I have taken the battery out, I have reset the phone, I have read the manual looking for clues, but nothing.
Meme, Yes, that is the obvious answer, but that does not work. Going into Security does allow you to reset the phone, explicitly saves the contact info.

On your menu, enter Security, there should be an option to reset your phone book

I have a samsung phone with AT&T Nationally coverage. I thought it meant I am roaming, but I am at home and shouldn’t be. My cell phone manual doesn’t say what the R means.

It’s been on there for a week or so and I just hope I’m not getting charged. What is it?

It means Roaming….better check to make sure they have network in your area or free roaming.
