Is it illegal to sell you're cell phone upgrade?

There is a person on craigslist who is trying to sell his phone upgrade plus the cost of the phone. That doesn’t seem officially authorized. He doesn’t own the upgrade right?

It’s his contract, he can sell it, trade it or give it away at his own discretion. There is no law against it, even the carrier shouldn’t have a conundrum with it as long as he stays with their service for another 2 being.

The EnV Touch is doubtless the best phone Verizon has to offer. But depending on your needs, really determines which phone you should get. So if you want to have a touch screen and if you’re a texter the EnV Touch can’t be denied.
