Is there any cell phone plans like this?

Hi I was just wondering if there are any cell phone plans with 955 or more texts and about 75 or more talk time minutes. If it is a contract it has to be under $ 25 dollars a month. If it is a prepaid it has to be under $ 25 dollars a month too. Just please help me with this? No bad phones either.

You can go to wallmart and get a prepaid phone for a cheep price. The phone is like $ 19.99 and there are some cool phones! Then you get a plan and you can get a unlimited one for like $ 40-$ 45 a month or you can get where you have like 1000 texts and I don’t remember what the talk time was but i know it was more than 75 and i think it was only like $ 25-$ 30 a month so that is not bad at all!

Does anyone know the rates for Cellcom and Orange in Israel and to America and for texting? Also, do their cell phones plans work the same way as in America with prepaying for a set amount of minutes?
