What is the best cell phone provider?

I am looking for a new cell phone provider (now have SPRINT). I would like a balance between excellent phone service, customer service, excellent prices and cool phones.
Who do you reckon is the best?

It depends on everywhere you live. I live in Chicago and I have Cingular and it’s dreadful. Though, in the suburbs, the quality is outstanding.

Cell phone reception varies greatly even within a few blocks. The best way is to find towers and comments from other people in your neighborhood.
