uh no sorry u need dial-up or broadband. go to privatephone.com u get u own free digit, but is voicemail only. u can protect u self and your identity

to clarify: This will be a phone digit that I can set up to redirect to my own digit. So, a person will call this digit, and It will ring on my phone, but they did not dial my actual digit.

If you do this through the Telco, it will cost you an arm and a leg… at least.

VoIP is the only way to do call forwarding (at low cost).
