Cell phone number reverse lookup for free?

This is for a CELL phone. Anywho and the other sites don’t lookup on cell phones. The only sies I found that DO look them up charge for it.

Yet, when somebody called you from a cell phone, it shows up your house phone caller ID.

Cell phone numbers are not published anywhere nor are they kept in a public directory.

Last night I got a harassing phone call that really disturbed me. I know it’s someone that goes to my school (or someone I know) and I’d really like to know who it is. I went to a reverse lookup site and the only information I could get was the phone’s location and where it was purchased. I couldn’t find the owner’s name because I had to pay for it and I don’t have a credit card.

I was wondering, if anyone has a subscription/membership to a site that allows unlimited reverse cell phone lookup owner information, could you look up the number for me?
