does anyone have a list of companies that manufacture cell phone towers?

Do you mean the physical tower itself or the equipment inside? If you’re talking about the cellular network equipment, the first few that come to mind are Siemens, Motorola and Nokia. I’m sure there’s more globally than than, but I believe that covers the majority of stations and towers in north america.

American Tower Corp.,, Crown Castle International,, and SBA Communications are the largest installers and operators of wireless towers in the US,,

As far as the actual manufactures of the towers, no way to know all all of them …

I know my cell phone company does a total block on messages, but I’d prefer to just get rid of the spam.

For AT&T you can go to AT&T’s web site and click textmessaging. Select ‘Messaging Preferences’ on the right, AT&T customers can now setup and manage their PC-to-Mobile messaging preferences (PC2M). Once registered, customers can create an alias, block incoming messages, manage email delivery controls and setup block/allow lists.
Message Preferences manages PC-to-Mobile user preferences and not Mobile-to-Mobile messaging. It helps customers fight against unsolicited messages and other forms of spam.
