How and where can I download free games to my cell phone?

I do not have an USB cable or internet access with my phone. I use a miscroSD card to place music, photos, etc. in my phone. I have a Pantech Pursuit and I have a 2GB microSD card. How can I place games(free) in my phone with a microSD card?
