What is the best deal for a cell phone in my area?

I live in Quitman, GA. I am unable to access the Internet all day because of some kind of computer virus. I want to get a cell phone that can take pictures. What is the best deal?

T-mobile offers some of the best rates in the buisness, plus they just passed up Verizion for customer satisfaction, really, now T-mobile stayed at an A and Verizion went down to a B (Study done in MPLS)
Goodluck.
(T-mo has the best prices in the buisness, Verizion is expensive, Cingular/Sprint don’t have fantastic coverage, everyone else is too small to bother with)
