How do i get a cell phone upgrade at target?

What information would i need to present to them, if any. My upgrade date was on the ninth, and i want the Samsung Solstice and i was wondering how i really go about getting the cell phone at the upgraded price, Do i need to give them account information and stuff like that?

Hi i want to upgrade my cell phone and theres a $ 10 lg shine at costco. do i still need to activate it if im just upgrading the phone and putting my ancient sim card in it?? If there is a fee how much is it?

I don’t have AT&T but I reckon that all you need to do is place your simcard in. That’s all my boyfriend has to do when he gets a new phone. I have Verizon Wireless and they don’t have simcards so I always have to get it activated if I get a new phone.

At Costco you do have to have an available upgrade on the account to get the special price and you must also upgrade the phone before you leave.
