I will travel from Sudamerica to Orlando-Florida so I will need to rent a cellular phone, I am looking for the lowest rate.

renting a cell phone? i’ve never heard of that.

just go to the nearest walmart and buy a prepaid cell phone. there are bundle packages that include the phone, charger, and a certain amount of minutes and its positively inexpensive.

You wouldn’t rent a cell phone in the US, because they can bought very cheaply here. You can buy a cheap prepaid phone for under $ 20.
