Can you top-up a Helio cell phone?

Since the Helio website said Helio is now Virgin Mobile, does that mean you can top-up a Helio cell phone like on a Virgin Mobile cell phone? If not, then is there a similar thing like it for Helio cell phones? Thanks, 10 points to the best answer.

No, you can’t. Because Helio is the contract side of virgin mobile. They are one company combined. like many people don’t know that Boost Mobile is the prepaid side of Nextel. You can only use that phone as contract unless it is a UNLOCKED PHONE.
