If you just want a cheap replacement phone, go to your nearest Target, Bestbuy, Radioshack, Walmart, pick up a GoPhone for under $ 20 and place your ATT SIM into that one. Done. Groundbreaking new phone, groundbreaking new battery.

I bought from this seller many times. Honest and reputable. No risk. You have to be careful on ebay. http://supplies.shop.ebay.com/GreenCells-UsedCellPhoneShop__W0QQ_armrsZ1

Otherwise, ebay is a small bit of a gamble, but you can get older phones dirt cheap. Personally, I’d stick with personal recommendations if I were buying a used phone from ebay. You can get burned even if I have bought a couple from additional public for really cheap and did ok.
