Can you tell me how to find the location of a tracfone cell phone if possible?

My car my husband and my cell phone have disappeared along with all of my pain medication. I need to find my car I have 2 children that need a way to go and he also has the keys to my truck and I know he is selling my medicine so he can get another drug but the police say they can’t do anything because it is a marital dispute/
