Can You trust e-bay when it comes to buying cell phones and stuff like that?

I would like to get a Sidekick from e-bay…do u thing a 24.00-41.00 used Sidekick phone is good? Or do u think they would send it all scratched up or just plain not working?

I have bought several phones on eBay. One of them could not be unlocked but the price was so low that I kept it for the battery and charger alone. The seller offered a refund. You have to look to the seller feedback. If you cannot find one with a good price with good seller feedback, I would pass it up. Actually, not a good price, it has to be a great price. I would not buy a used phone unless it stated excellent condition. If it were not in excellent condition when I received it, I would return it.

If the prices are cheaper than at an actuall carrier store like AT&T or Verizon Then go for it you’ll still be able to get customer service from what ever carrier you choose =]
