What is the best cell phone for International calling to India from the US?

Would rather do a phone for pay as you go, I just don’t want to end up with a contract. Please help!

Whatever phone you get, the rates will be outrageous if you dial directly. Your better off using a dial around service on the prepaid phone.

T-mobile is the cheapest around $ 2.00 per min. You are better off using calling cards from sites like phonecardhotline or supremephonecards.com
