Is there a way to jam or throw off a gps for a phone?

My dad put a cell phone tracker on my phone to where he’ll always know where im at. Is there a possible way to say im somewhere else or make it to where he doesn’t know where im at at all? I need some hardcore help on this cause i tend to party a lot and ill be driving soon.
