how can i delete a widget from my LG Ally android cell phone that i didn't install?

there are many widgets that i don’t need including myspace, socialite, places, talk, and thinkfree office. i didn’t install them, but they are there. i am low on storage space and i can’t delete them. i tried to go to applications and delete them from there, but the widgets don’t show up, just the applications i’ve downloaded.

go to background and then delete it. It pretty much works the same way with all andriod devices.

there is a diffrence between widgets & apps. are you trying to delete the app or the widget from your homescreen? if the app its probably stuck if it was pre-downladed if the widget just hold it down & drop it into the garbage can!
