How to get cell phone games to my cell without internet on my phone?

I need to know an alternate way besides internet to get games to my cell phone. I don’t have internet on my phone. I want to be able to even try by bluetooth. Any suggestions? I have a Motorola V3.

Certain games work with certain phones. I have an LG phone and it doesnt allow games. You can always call the LG comstumer service phone digit found on the website.
