Would cell phone batteries and chargers from the U.S. work with phones from other countries?

I want to buy a phone from another country because they’re way cheaper. It’s a Nokia but it’s charged with a different voltage. If I just buy a new Nokia charger and battery that works with my phone here, would it work on the phone I buy from the other country? And the phone is really Nokia, not fake.

If its charged with a Different Voltage, you would just need to get a Voltage converter and plug it into your Charger before plugging it into your US Power Outlet.

At least, I reckon that would be the most simple solution.

Possibly- the European sokets standards vary, voltage in some countries standard is 220 volts for both commercial and household. Plug inserts for battery devices in some european and asian devices is a ‘T’ slot insted of round pinhole- have seen maintence manuals noting ‘H’ insert also on foriegn devices- Radio Lean-to had a multi country charger that had about a dozen different plugins and and multiple voltage dial. Battery relations also may vary- point,T, dot and slot.double dot.
