I went to a cell phone chat room named Airg by going to www.airg.com on cell phone browser. I encountered a racist woman who goes by the user name of vicki29.

She looked at my profile picture and noticing that its dark she said, “fk u ngr. kkk is looking for your as to kill and hang u by the tree. And will then burn a cross on your yard”

I mean what the hell is this? I feel pissed off.
she is 33 years old

Just remember, everyone is 6’9″, 300 pounds, and a black belt in karate when they are in chat rooms or online.

Would you still be pissed if that person was a 15 year old scrawny kid with a case of bad acne?

Threatening to kill somebody is a felony, if they have the means to do so and can be shown to be serious. I think what you’ve come across is just a plain old-fashioned turd.

in NY, threatening to kill someone in person is a violation, like a speeding ticket…however threatening over the phone or internet is a misdemeanor…even if they a 3,000 miles away…wtf???
