Just started selling phones, & wondering what type of deals customers will be expecting or what would make some of the fees seem resonable, (free accessories, no activation fee) what would you like??

every coupon code i find is expired or doesnt work… does anyone have a way that i do not have to spend 200$ on the phone?? waiving the activation fee would be nice too! thanks
