Cell phone with camera, texting, email - affordable plans?

I’m looking for a cell phone which works as a phone, can take photos, send text messages and send and receive email. Couldn’t care less for the other bells & whistles. So far have been steered to Blackberry but am balking at adding another $ 30 per month to my cell phone plan. My employer is cracking down on private use of work PCs so getting a cell phone with email would be the easiest way around it. Thanks in advance!

hi i was just wondering what you think is the most affordable cell phone plan, like the best value for what you pay. i want an individual plan, and be able to text. not a lot, just be able to. do you have any ideas?
