Will the California government force us to buy addition cell phone equipment after January 1st?

Will the California government force us to buy addition cell phone equipment after January 1st?

I’ve heard that talking on your cell phone while driving in California, displeases Arnold and his SS henchmen in Sacremento.
So they’ve written a law that forbids us to talk on the phone while driving.
Is this true?

Answer by paducah_billy
If they did, its because to many have killed others while doing this. It is dangerous to talk on the cell phone, while driving. I know I do it sometimes, but Hey, I am in Rural Kentucky. Not too many cars on our roads.

Let’s hope, you drive like crap when on your cell.

They won’t force you to buy additional equipment, but you will get a ticket if caught driving with a cell phone in hand.. So the choice is yours.. either don’t drive with the cell phone in hand or purchase the addional(blue tooth) and talk away.

Yes it is true, but that does not mean you have to buy additional equipment. Instead, you could quit talking while driving and improve the safety on the the highways. You are also free to get off the highway to make a call. The statistics are staggering and it seems that driving while on the phone is about as dangerous as driving drunk.
