What is a hybrid cell phone..I see the model ic602 is hybrid? Not sure what that exactly is..Can anyone help?

Any reccomendations on a rugged nextel flip phone with a camera?

Hybrid or PowerSource phones as Nextel/Sprint call them is the name that Sprint Nextel uses to refer to dual-mode phones that combine iDEN dispatch and CDMA interconnect services. Cellular calls, data services, (i.e., messaging and Internet) and GPS functions operate on the Sprint CDMA network. Walkie talkie, Group Walkie-Talkie, Talkgroup and Direct Send functions operate on the Nextel iDEN network.

NIck’s LG Chocolate cell phone is his favorite
It has the option to store large quantities of music,
call and text people.And he can always "have my music with me"
The cell phone would be better if it came with a nice powerful camera."More rugged so that it can fall and still be fine"

hello i need to find a phone based on long battery life, multimedia like music and if (bit rugged i wish) about conectivity some wifi browzing and gps anw am more familiar with nokia cell phones but i want some general opinions…:

i have the lg voyager and its great. it has all that you’re looking for, except wifi browsing. the battery lasts like 2-3 days, gps web browsing music, camera etc. and verizon has really good service (unless your looking for a gsm phone)

Do you have Verizon Wireless? Then check out the LG enV2 or LG Voyager. Or if you have AT&T, I’d go with the iPhone.
