How much cost a DoCoMo cell phones if i buy it directly from a shop from Japan?

I am interested. Because i Have the possibility to buy it from Japan (still don’t know the price), but i wonder how much it costs. Need to know if it’s cheaper then buying online, like from eBay.

This can be answered by a few seconds of searching on the WWW. For example, check the Yodobashi Camera WWW site for prices of cellphones compatible with the DOCOMO system.

Your Question cannot be answered since there are so many different ways to buy Japanese phones, so many different shops and so many different phones with so many different features.

There is no Ebay Japan, but in Yahoo! Japan Auctions, prices are very different.

If you want a new one (plain plan, not PRE-PAID) the price should start over 10,000 En ($ 100 US) at least.

Hi there,

the stores are mostly using software to unlock your phones…I believe that method is altering the software and “flashing” them…this can void your warranty on your phone and possibly damage the software…if you call at&t and tmobile…the best method to unlock your phone is by Remote unlock code…which is simply entering a password…you can find these codes on http://www.cellunlocker.net or http://www.cellphoneunlock.net. Most of these stores will get their codes from unlock code distributors such as http://www.unlockcodesource.com However as far as I know the distributors will not sell the codes to you unless you own a store etc…
