Well I personally would recommend eBay.com. I do a lot of export and promotion on there and as long as you do your research and know what you are looking for then I reckon this would work for you well. Just be sure that when you find what you are looking for you check the sellers feedback make sure it is positive. You can find a lot of nice used or even new cell phones very cheap.
