What do you think of the LG CF360 cell phone?

So i have had the LG shine for the past few being and have really liked it. I am plotting on getting a new phone and was told that the LG shine has been discontinued. I found this new LG phone called LG CF360 and was wondering for those who have it what they reckon of this phone, would you recommend it? What are the pros and cons of this phone?
