How to make FREE international calls from cell phone to cell phone?

Does anybody here know how to make FREE international call from cell phone to cell phone? Thank you
I already have GOOGLE VOICE, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT ON MY CELL

If they both have the internet plan you can use something like skype or fring. I personally get pinless calling cards from www.distancecall.com, they do have cheap rates.

if you have a blackberry or iphone you can download the google voice app… but to make calls out with google voice, you just dial your GV number, press * then enter your pin, then press 2 to make the outgoing call, dial the number then press #….

the problem with that answer is that google voice only gives you free US/CAN calls – NOT free international calls,,, they give you some credit to start for international calls but you have to pay for international calls…

As far as I know, google voice only gives you free US/CAN calls, if both of your cell phone can connect with internet, there will be a large chance for you to call each other without any charge, the difficulty is that you need get some software on the internet that can connect both of your cell phones successfully.

I have been researching & nothing works. I’m trying to call a toll free number in Australia. The number the site provided was 1800-11-88-89. How would I dial this from my cell phone? I know you should use a 011 and a 61 for the country code, but that doesn’t work either. Help! =(

P.S. – I do have the capability to make international calls on my cell phone. =)

I think I may have a solution. Are you on a CDMA network or GSM? With a CDMA it is not possible to call Australia because there is not network like that. Only in North America.
Now if it is a GSM find out if your phone is a tri-band or Quad band. Because the frequency they use may not be on your cell phone.
Your phone might say on the back of it behind the battery which frequency it uses or in your settings.
I know 99% or the motorola that are still working are quad band. The v220 might be still ticking around that one doesn’t have quad band
