if you have your own songs downloaded, you can make your own ringtones on www.Myxer.com. it’s completely free and you get to personalize things =) but if you don’t have internet on your phone i don’t think you can get the ringtones or anything else you make since you have to download the items onto the phone.

best thing to do is go to www.freeringtonesonline.net download free ringtones to your computer and transfer to your cellphone using a usb
