Can I trade this blue cell phone for a black one at Radio Shack?

Can I trade this blue cell phone for a black one at Radio Shack?

I bought what I thought was going to be a black V3 Mototola Razr from a seller on ebay and when I recieved it now in the mail the phone itself was blue. I’m sure the seller is aware of this and will most liable not do anything since they have not responded to my e-mails. Is it possible to exchange the blue razr for a black one at RadioShack? Or would I have had to make the buy at RadioShack in order for this to happen? Any other phone trading options will be appreciated.

I have a nearly new (in mint condition) Alias 2. Manuals, box, charger….the works.

I have someone wanting to trade a groundbreaking new BlackBerry Curve for my phone. Her phone is also in mint condition, and comes with everything.

We are looking to trade with one another b/c she is looking for a down grade, and I am looking for a media upgrade.

Is this a smart trade on my part? Why or why not?

Yes I would rather have the BlackBerry over the Alias 2.
Just know that you have to add the $ 30 data plot for your BlackBerry.
