inexpensive cell phone plans?

im looking to get a new cell phone and plan but dont know which plan to chose, any help? i need to know what the plan covers and its monthly cost, plus average cost of phone, like if its free with a contract.

try MetroPCS,the phone bill is 50 dollars with unlimited everything including internet or you could get the 45 dollar plan..they also have great phones..an no Contract
