are there any companies that have cell phones for seniors?

Are there any companies that specialize in promotion cell phone services to seniors. Cell phones with huge no’s and letters and no additional gimmics like cameras or internet. Just plain talk and dialing?

I know of no cells phones with special huge key pads, super loud ringers, etc. People want compact phones, not like the ones of the ahead of schedule days of cell phones which when compared to now’s are humongous.

The only one that I’ve heard of is Jitterbug, but I’m sure there might be others.

JItterbug phones are somewhat high ($ 150), but offer “911 only” service for $ 10 a month. They have a few other plans that have, say, 30 minutes a month for cheap.

They offer one phone that has 3 buttons: “tow, 911, operator”
And, a second phone that has a large keypad.

start off simple, like with simple phones and possibly an ipod shuffle??

get a simple flip phone like the jitterbug. (jitterbug.com) its made for senior citizens. and as for the ipod, i have no thought, i dont really even know how to work one for myself. lol. ive never had one.
