this software gives you the acces to track a cell phone house, listen to conversations, evesdrop making the phone act as a microphone while its not on use, see incoming outgoing texts, calls…
all for nearly 400Dllrs a year but i reckon this would be illegal to do…

That would be illegal without the consent of the phone’s title-holder. Only the phone’s service provider is legally allowed to track a phone’s whereabouts, and even then only when they must legally, such as when a law enforcement agency needs to learn the whereabouts of the phone’s title-holder.
