Wow! Do we have to pay for their minutes too? Thats just WRONG!

When was the last time you saw a payphone? There are a few still out there, but ATT is not installing them anymore. Anyway, those phones are only free for calling 911 and its cheaper than having the government subsidize payphones.

I hate the Idea. Why should I as a tax payer have to pay for a cell phone. This is not a necessity.
