How old were you when you got your first cell phone?

I’m 13 and I NEED a cell phone because I go alot of seats and have school activities and need to call for a ride alot. My mom still won’t give me a cell phone! How can I convince my mom to get me a cell and how ancient were you when you got your first cell?
I get $ 50 for allowance each two weeks and I don’t know why she can’t just stop charitable me allowance and give me the cell phone!

hm.. i was 13 when i first got my cell phone. if you mom has chose that you are not getting a cell phone, it might be kinda hard to convince her, but possibly you could convince her by showing that you are ancient and resposible. try cleaning your bed room, and doing other things around the house, also, try telltale your mom that it would be simpler with a cell phone, beucase u are involed in school and sports, and tell her that if you get a cell phone, you will be very resposible, and never lose it. i hope this helps!!!

I was 32 when I got my first cell phone.
My son whos is now 17 did not get one in anticipation of he started high school, and that was a mistake.
