Are spam text messages to your cell phone a violation of the do not call registry?

It better be, since a lot of people do not have texting on their plans, and it cost the user.

I know that there is a way to add three facts at a time on their website (donotcall.gov) but I each of them has to be verified with an email take up. Even if it were possible to use the same email take up over and over again this process would take forever. Is there a way to submit my company’s cell phone facts to the do-not-call registry to have them all added?

Business phone facts are not covered by Do Not Call.

“14. Can I register my business phone digit or a fax digit?
The National Do Not Call Registry is only for personal phone facts. Business-to-business calls and faxes are not covered by the National Do Not Call Registry.”
