Can anyone help me invent a free cell phone service?

I want to invent a cell phone service everywhere one can carry the smallest transmitter which can receive waves from far away such that we can atleast get rid of these telephone service that exist in this present world.
both transmitter and receiver to be made.
Just like people paqy their taxes they can pay for the transmitter and receiver each year or so.

You’ve got a long way to go. Transmitters don’t receive anything, they transmit.

A Cell phone is not a necessity, why do we have to pay for someone elses service. I pay tons for my service while my taxes pay for somebody elses?? WTF

Its because it the government’s fault so many people are poor now. NOT everyone can help there situation. You got to remember theres 1000′s of people without jobs. So count your blessing.
