Will the 2GB KA08 Pink Touch Screen Cell Phone work on the AT&T Carrier?

It’s an unlocked cell phone for sale on ebay. Although it says Unlocked AT&T I was wondering if there were any complications? Does anyone know where I can find out more about this?

I just needed a cell phone without any plan attached, and i travel alot so an unlocked cell phone is the best for me. Walmart & amazon do sale unclocked but their price is bit high…
any one can recommended me a cheap, trust-able shop / website ? thanks

the magical place of ebay, just be careful of where your item is shipping from and check if the seller is legit

if you travel a lot.you will need to be able to check your email too.i have straighttalk.phone. 45.00 a month.unlimited.no contract. Actually i cannot recommend it cause i cannot watch you tube.it is un supported. Other than thant i will recommend it.
