What is the better smart cell phone ?
Hello! Thank You for answering my question. I currently trying to decide which is better for a smat cell phone purchase: The Apple Iphone which I been told is easy to learn for begining smartphone users like me OR the Google phone with the Android operating system with the tons of cool apps avaible. When replying with your answer; Please do include website references and / or reviews so that I can follow up for further study. My thoughts: I like the the possibilities with Google Android but I need reliabilty and ease of use for beginers. Thank You !

I have the Nexus one myself and can’t recommend it enough. IPhone doesn’t hold a candle too it, swype keyboard and gesture search all make sure of that.
As android phones go, it depends what your after.
If you want power then ether the HTC EVO, HTC Desire or Nexus One are probably your best options.
For a budget then the HTC wildfire maybe more appropriate;

And if you want something small, then the x10 mini pro may be an option;

Hope that helps.

I would choose an Android phone any day because on the
iPhone:
-cant take out the battery
-no removable memory
-no multitasking
-only Apple-approved apps
-cant customize your phone AT ALL
-doesnt work with Windows
-no Flash support
-no widgets
-no custom ringtones
-no ringback tones
-cant transfer ANY files from a computer
-Android phones have better cameras
-Android phones have faster processors
-instant Android OTA software updates
-cant get service in an ATT store- have to find an Apple store
-works on ATTs horrible network
Android is miles ahead of Apple- with the new 4.0 software,
Apple is only now letting people do things like add folders to their home
screen and multitask, because GOD FORBID that anyone should be able to do that on their cell phone- OH NO!!! Oh, Android has been able to do both of those things ever since it came out. Android is already selling more phones than Apple, and its only been out for a year and a half. By the end of the year, the Market will have 100,000 apps, which is more than the Apple Store had at its 2-year mark. Android's open-source nature will always be more appealing to devs and phone manufacturers because they can market to every carrier, and dozens of phones, instead of 1 carrier and 1 phone. The possibilities are literally endless as far as Android is concerned, because ANYONE can make an app to do ANYTHING on the phone. With Apple, they have to approve every single app that goes into the Store. They wont even allow an app in if it says the word Android in it anywhere- how far do you really think they're gonna go with that kind of closed-minded thinking?? I want to decide what goes on my phone, not the other way around..

Hi I’m looking to buy a new cell phone but not sure which phone is overall better in performance and features? The LG Optimus 2X or Samsung Galaxy S2. Both of these phones are gonna be released soon. I looked at the reviews for both phones at various websites such as gsmarena.com etc. but still am stuck on which phone is better overall. I’m not entirely phone savy but I would like to get a bang for my buck. I’d like to hear frome people that have experience using high end Android smart phones. Thanks!

Wait for the Samsung Galaxy S2. Its specs are simply put, so amazing it will be a phone nerds wet dream. its specs are
A 2GHz Processor. Possibly the next-generation version of Samsung's Hummingbird CPU.
1GB RAM along with 4GB of ROM. This is, as with the CPU, twice the magnitude of current-gen hardware.
32GB built-in flash memory. MicroSD card slot expandable to 32GB making the Galaxy S2 able to hold 64GB of data.
8 megapixel camera with full HD (1920×1080) video recording. Current-gen smartphones record video at 720p (1280×720).
A 4.3" 1280×720 Super AMOLED display
GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, b/g/n Wi-Fi, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity / ambient light sensors.
Run on Android 3.0 "Gingerbread"
This will be the fastest, best looking phone out there when it launches. The optimus just cant compete.

Of-course Samsung Galaxy S2.

Nothing can match Lg optimus 2x..as it uses Nvidia Tegra 2 Dual core processor.with inbuilt GPU..
Nobody is confirmed wheither they will announce the Galaxy S2 or not.Only RUMORS….
If they will announce it then also it will not be released before the end of this year…
So IMO You should go for OPTIMUS 2x
for more info you can join a forum for Lg Optimus 2x
I have posted a link of a forum in my source

The galaxy s2 is only a rumor, and most tech websites i’ve looked at are fairly well convinced that the phone’s image is a mock-up, with completely fabricated specs. This is supported by the fact that the only “released” image has a watermark from an obscure russian website.
I recently bought a 2X and from what little i’ve played with it so far, it is amazingly zippy. They also seem to have upped the internal storage from 8 gigs to 16, if that makes a difference for you.
