Where can you sell non-working cell phone accessories?

My husband bought a new Bluetooth headset and it doesn’t work and the warranty is expired. Does anyone know where we can sell something like this?

You can sell it on ebay, but tell them that it doesn’t work. some public will take it apart, and fix it.
