Whats the best gsm cell phone with wifi?

i am interested in buying a cell phone that wifi capabilities. I want to run programs like skype and fring on this phone.. so the phone needs to be windows software or symbian s60 at the minimum.

which cell phone would you recommend for this kind of treatment?

Slightly larger than the V3i, but a really excellent phone. You can’t read messages on the outside screen but you can do additional stuff.

The phone is reasonably hackable using SEEM edits. I’ve changed mine around reasonably a bit. Modified the menus. Removed a lot of the Cingular fluff from it. Enabled the built in POP3/IMAP mail client. Changed it so I can now use Google Maps and Opera Mini 4 Beta without the constant nag. And more.

I need a GSM cell phone set which allows two SIMs active. Is there any brand that allows that?

SOME PHONES YOU CAN HAVE 2 NUMBERS WITH 1 GSM. DON’T KNOW WHAT GOOD USING TWO FOR WOULD BE. IF IT’S UNLOCKED YOU CAN SLIDE IN ANYONE YOU WANT ANYWHERE YOU WANT.
