It’s really hard to say what are the best types of cell phones since everyone will have a different opinion. Try the website below. I recommend them because they know their stuff and are adding more info all the time. Look for 2 links, one called “best rate guide” and “cell phone info. They teamed up with 2 of the best sites I may maybe find on comparing everything from phones and plans to tariff and service right in your own area! I recommend this site because it is one of the better ones I’ve found!

I like when this type of stuff happens — and when graffiti is the only way to assess it.

I’m looking for recommendations of what to buy, or stay away from, in flip type cell phones.
I’m on Verizon’s service and I’m wanting a new, flip open, cell phone that has excellent range, reception and sound quality. I prefer flip phones because when I have the flat kind, I usually bump them and accidentally call somebody. I don’t care about before a live audience movies or music through it, and I don’t need Bluetooth or to take pictures with it, but I’ll take persons features if the phone reception is excellent. I just need a really excellent cell phone. Thanks for your help.
If you don’t get excellent reception with your’s, tell me what it is so I can stay away from that kind. Thanks.

The flip cell phones that don’t have attenas don’t have excellent reception. So look for a flip phone with a attena.

I really had a huge conundrum with this I too am on Verizon in a risky area. So I got a Razr. I didn’t need any of the flash any, but I got it and the reception is fantastic. I also tried another kind of motorola phone which all the reps told me were the best. None of them worked like the Razr. You are kind of obligated to go with a higher end phone to get the better reception. Also one trick you can do in my area with the Razr is switch the phone between the verizon network or the extended network. In my area it’s the Alltel towers that they use. So what I do is exchange my system from A to B under settings and tools and then under system. The Verizon reps will not tell you this. It works fantastic for me. It does have bluetooth but you don’t have to use it.

I have a Motorola Pebl (U6) which is cool, especially if you want videos and pics. Only 5Gb (about 1 or 2 decent mp3 songs) so excellent if you don’t need music. The camera is decent though.
The flip is fantastic (AND UNIQUE) because you can open it ONE-HANDED!!! By pulling down the top slightly. (hard to clarify but it’s cool – promise!) Has Java and Bluetooth.
The reception is fantastic and it has loud speaker.
About: $ 180 – $ 240 / £100 – £130
Excellent value for money.

www.emfnews.org How the QLinks Works We live in a world of matter, which we experience as solid, and a world of forces, which act upon these solid things. But quantum physics is apparent that what we call solid matter is composed of oscillating matter wave packets, and what we call forces are composed of oscillating energy wave packets. In reality, everything is composed of oscillating wave packets of one type or another. Scientists have long puzzled over force field phenomena that do not fit the four known forces: electromagnetic, gravity, weak and strong forces. These force field that do not fall into the classical four are sometimes labeled “subtle energies.” They are called “subtle” because they cannot be observed or leisurely by any known instrumentation. Dr. William Tiller, Professor Emeritus of Stanford University, has spent decades studying subtle energy phenomena. He accepts subtle energies as real, and as as long as explanatory power for scientifically documented phenomena that cannot be clarified by the four known forces. Much of these documented phenomena describe the particular influence that subtle energies have on classical electromagnetic fields. Electromagnetic fields are composed of two basic types of energy wave packets: electrons and photons. Dr. Tiller asserts that a significant relationship exists between subtle energies and electromagnetic fields. Evidence points to a strong relationship. Evidence also indicates that, if subtle energies can be acted upon
