Is there any wireless phone provider that will pay off my existing contract if I sign one with them?

I am stuck with a wireless phone company that I have always been unsatisfied with. In order to get out of this contract, I have to pay about $ 200 per phone, or something ridiculous like that.
Is there another, better, wireless provider who would pay off these amounts if I sign a contract with them?

No, they will not come out of pocket to procure your business, not to mention it would be a gamble for them since you would stand the chance of running up a bill and going to the next service provider to bail you out again in the future.

I am really into music and movies. I have an old wireless phone and want to upgrade to a new one. I want one that can play and store music ringtones, show and store wallpaper, and be able to link to the internet. I would like to compare carriers on the type of ringtone file type to support, if it can link to the internet, the size capacity of the files, etc.

Also want to compare the prices.

Does anyone know of a site to research and compare?
