what is a good company to start a cell phone plan with?

i need a good family plan, that includes text. i compared prices for t-mobile and cingular and they are about the same.

some things i’m looking for
* modern and attractive apperance
* low maintainance
* full keyboard
* camera
* good functions
* good plan etc.
any suggestions? oh and also any web sites out there where i can search through phones and compare prices and functions….thnx

I highly recommend the iPhone 3G, I also have the LG Voyager it’s a good phone to, but I like my iPhone a lot more
